JENNIFER LOPEZ IS THE NEW FACE OF COACH
For the spring-summer season 2020, Coach chose Jennifer Lopez as a new testimonial. The New Yorker singer, actress and producer is living a golden time that never seems to end.
In July, she celebrated her 50th birthday and then triumphed at the Milan Fashion Week wearing the iconic Jungle Dress branded Versace, which completely blacked out Google in the years 2000. To know more about this story, read our dedicated blog post
And now she will be the new face of Coach, the luxury fashion brand specialized in the production of bags with the typical NY style.
Why J.LO?
Let us not forget that she is a self-made woman; she said it to us in the songs of her first album “On the six”, talking about the sacrifices made to move from the Bronx to Manhattan every day, where she studied and worked hard to build a future.
Coach, famous for its tradition in the crafting of leather, was created in New York 78 years ago and share with her the same roots, as well as the values of optimism, inclusion and authenticity.
The word of the Art Director of Coach, Stuart Vevers, explains clearly the reasons for this choice.
Jennifer is authentic. She is determined, a special person who has followed her path to make things in her way; she embodies the vision of Coach and our new campaign. She’s from New York just like Coach, and that makes another genuine connection with our heritage.
